Helloooo 35 Weeks!! :) Only 2 more weeks until we hit "full term" - And 5 weeks until our due date. We are extremely excited for our little one! :)
Today is also our first anniversary!! :) Such a crazy amazing year! We have accomplished so many things this past year. The best of all, the conception of our beautiful daughter!
